Pompeii + Naples.

Hello! I have been having the best fun over here in Pompeii (not to brag) and to be honest, I am getting used to seeing dead people all the time. The museum is simply amazing. But again, I will leave that to CJ to tell you about. What I would like to tell you about is the time I am having in Naples, because in case you haven’t noticed, the last time I blogged was 4 days ago, and since then I have continued on my journey. I wouldn’t say it is completely gobsmacking as there was a major details that was not so good.

The number 1. problem happened this morning while we were sitting enjoying ourselves at a nice (sorry Ms Waltz, I did use the adjective nice!) cafe.  The waiter came over and talked to us about what we wanted to order but I suspect it wasn’t a real waiter, because while we were busy ordering someone had slipped up behind my mum, and when she checked her jacket pocket, her wallet was nowhere to be seen. I had heard there were many pick-pockets in Naples, but I hadn’t thought it would be anything like this. We didn’t even notice there was anyone there! The police station must be incredibly busy around here!

But the rest has been good so far, even if we couldn’t buy anything because we had no money. Sounds like a bad holiday in Naples, right? I’ll get back to you on that. We’ve only been here 1 and a half days!
